e dome was buzzing with excitement on October
4th as International House celebrated Global
Homecoming. is jam-packed day included a Host
Family Program information session; an alumni panel
during the champagne brunch; an international
fashion show produced by I-House residents; and a
taste of some global favorites paired with wine and
beer. e Kids' Zone included face painting, art
projects, and a caricature artist.
Over 250 alumni, residents, volunteers, and staff
joined in the fun during Global Homecoming, which
was held the Sunday of Cal's Homecoming weekend.
Executive Director Hans Giesecke said, "is is the
first of what will be an annual event here at I-House.
Keep an eye out for Global Homecoming 2016 – you
won't want to miss it!"
