CIL's flagship program for its residents and student staff is a semester-long training and certification program. This once-in-a- lifetime opportunity for I-House residents and student staff trains participants in developing their leadership skills and intercultural mindsets, equipping them to be thoughtful change agents in an increasingly globalizing world. The Spring 2015 ILI cohort (pictured below) was composed of 16 diverse members representing ten countries. Highlights of the program included two "intercultural adventures," where cohort members immersed themselves in the cultural complexity of the San Francisco Bay Area and applied the concepts and tools they were learning in ILI. Many of the Spring ILI members shared their ILI experiences on our blog.
