Architect Bob Wong, who made the gift jointly with his wife, philanthropist Sheryl Wong, says "I fell in love with this building about fifteen years ago when I was recruited for advice on an architectural question. Since then I've seen some tremendous improvements, and I'm proud to now Chair the House Committee of the Board. It was gratifying to cut the ribbon on the new front entrance, and I'm especially looking forward to 2015 when the kitchen and servery in the dining hall will transform such a fundamental part of life at I-House: breaking bread together over good food and great conversation."
