International House hosted its highly
anticipated Celebration & Awards Gala on
March 21st, which brought together the
diverse I-House community, past and current,
to celebrate its vibrant spirit.
The awards ceremony recognized the
outstanding leadership of current resident
Okechukwu (Oke) Iroegbu, the commitment
of long-serving Board member Ronald E.
Silva, the global cultural preservation efforts
of Alumna of the Year Chiara Medioli-
Fedrigoni, and the groundbreaking
technological contributions of Global Impact
Award recipient Chenming Hu.
The Gala also featured captivating
performances by talented I-House residents,
showcasing the community's artistic talents.
The evening concluded with a candlelight
ceremony, symbolizing the I-House's
unwavering dedication to fostering a more
just and peaceful world.
