International House San Diego
International House at UC San
Diego was founded in 1988
in association with Eleanor
Roosevelt College. International
House is a wonderfully vibrant
on-campus community
dedicated to the promotion of
international awareness and
intercultural understanding at
UCSD and around the world. All
UCSD students, faculty, staff and
community friends are welcome
to get involved in our programs.
Roughly 350 people from over
30 countries choose to make
I House their home each year.
Residents are made up of
approximately half U.S. and half
international undergraduates,
graduates and visiting scholars.
Our facility is comprised of a
Great Hall, four classrooms and
four residential houses creating
a neighborhood centered around
International Walk (I-Walk).
