Dear I-House Friends,

As 2016 draws to a close, I would like to take a moment to share with you just a few milestones that made this a wonderful year at International House.

155 students (26% of our resident body) received enormously beneficial room and board financial aid support to make their residencies here possible.
We reached the full $1 million Schmidt Matching Challenge to support our newly renovated Dining Commons. This grant by Eric and Wendy Schmidt matched gifts to I-House dollar-for-dollar through June 30, 2016.
Intercultural leadership training from the Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership (CIL) enabled over 400 I-House residents, 200 UC Berkeley students and staff, and 100 students from universities outside the US to enhance their intercultural awareness capabilities.
